  • Students in the Pre-College Summer Institute can study the visual, media, and performing arts, as well as writing, in a diverse and creative urban campus where ideas are generated and creativity is nurtured.
  • The faculty of the Pre-College Summer Institute is comprised of talented and dedicated artists and professionals. Our instructors are master teachers, many of whom also teach in the undergraduate colleges of The University of the Arts.
  • The Summer Institute provides a full range of activities every evening and each day on the weekends during the programs for residential students only. Activities include theme dances, trips to amusement parks, walking tours, and food and music-related events. Activities are open to residential students only.
