The program emphasizes effective and efficient study skills, organization, motivation and confidence. The simplified environment promotes confidence, focus and success.
- Each student�s program is individualized and constructed to meet each student�s needs. The program emphasizes effective and efficient study skills, organization, motivation and confidence. The objective is to review or preview work in specific academic subjects and strengthen skills in English, grammar, writing, literature, vocabulary, reading, mathematics, science, history, foreign language, SAT preparation and study skills.
- A summer at Wolfeboro is far more than academics. The focus on afternoons and weekends turns to a wide range of sports, recreational and entertainment opportunities both on campus as well as within the surrounding summer resort area.
- Athletic and recreational activities are organized by age group. The student enjoys spirited intramural games and activities. In addition, every student is assigned to an intramural sports team. These teams compete on an almost daily basis in soccer, softball, basketball, volleyball, and a series of all-league competitions such as a water carnival, land carnival, swimming meet, sailing regatta, and various other sports.
- Optional weekend trips are scheduled to fairs and events of special interest in Wolfeboro and vicinity, and include excursions to places such as the mountains, Maine seashore, water and amusement parks, movies, and roller-skating.
