We offer a rigorous college preparatory curriculum, teaching skills that build confidence and instilling values that endure.
  • Every summer, students from around the United States and the world come to Cushing Academy for six weeks to learn, make new friends and have fun. We offer six programs with serious academic components: Prep for Success, for girls and boys ages 12-13; Studio Art, for girls and boys ages 13-18; College Prep; English as a Second Language; Critical Skills and Special Academic Programs all for girls and boys ages 14-18.
  • Summer Session students enjoy personalized instruction in small classes with an excellent faculty. In the afternoons, you can take a variety of electives, including arts and athletics.
  • Beyond the classroom, Cushing provides wonderful trips throughout New England and the Northeast, numerous electives and athletics and memorable special events. Students in both age groups participate in campus activities and excursions, experiencing an outstanding summer at Cushing together.
